We support individuals living with Relapsing-Remitting Multiple Sclerosis (RRMS), Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (PPMS), Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis (SPMS), and those experiencing complex mobility challenges, fatigue or other symptoms associated with Multiple Sclerosis. Every care plan is tailored to the individual’s specific needs, helping them remain as independent, comfortable and active as possible.
Our approach is centred around the individual, with personalised care planning that reflects changing needs and priorities. We provide fatigue-sensitive routines, mobility and transfer support, emotional wellbeing assistance and practical strategies that promote independence in everyday living. By adapting our care as the condition progresses, we help individuals maintain confidence, dignity and the highest possible quality of life.
Our Multiple Sclerosis Support service includes respectful personal care assistance, medication support in accordance with agreed care plans, assistance with mobility aids, energy conservation techniques to help manage fatigue, meal preparation and hydration support, and assistance with accessing the community, appointments and social activities. Every aspect of our care is designed to promote safety, comfort and independence.
Our goal is to help individuals achieve greater independence, manage symptoms more effectively, reduce the impact of fatigue on daily life and enjoy an improved quality of life. Through compassionate, person-centred support, we empower people living with Multiple Sclerosis to remain active, confident and in control of their everyday lives.
